About me:
Dominic Lang
I am a certified personal trainer and physiotherapist. I have always been into fitness. As a child, I played soccer, American football, and did track and field. It was there when I discovered what sport can do for you. When I was 13, I didn't really feel comfortable in my own skin, so I started to do push-ups and sit-ups in my room. A couple of weeks later, I signed up to train in a fitness studio, where I first started with calisthenics workouts and slowly worked my way up to heavy weight resistance training. What can I say? It was a long, stony road, and I probably made every single mistake there is to make. So I just continued to learn and learn and learn. Through that and never giving up, I was able to achieve what I always wanted: to look like a Superhero, feel confident taking off my shirt, feel comfortable in my own Skin and be proud of what I had accomplished, knowing that I had the power within me to change something I didn't like and so do you.
I want the same for every other person out there and want to make it easier for you to achieve your dreams and feel confident in your own skin.

Dom was initially my physiotherapist. I had broken my ankle a few weeks prior to seeing him. As my recovery improved, and I was able to resume training, I asked Dom if he could be my personal trainer. The training sessions with Dom were intense but very effective.
